OwnerSwitch reviews each Orange County residential electrical shop before account access. Invited businesses complete pilot terms, business verification, and a human-reviewed send test before any live customer traffic. SMS stays paused until carrier registration is approved.
What happens after you apply
- Within two business days: we review your shop and email you either way.
- If it is a fit: we send times for a 20-minute call on your current invoice and first-reply workflow.
- Guided setup: business facts, reply style, and the first approval test. Carrier timelines are confirmed during activation.
What the pilot includes
- An owner-approved final invoice the same day you mark a job invoice-ready, then a hosted pay link after you send it.
- A first reply from the phone when they text or call the business number. You approve every OwnerSwitch-initiated send.
- An OwnerSwitch-managed pilot number after carrier registration. SMS stays paused until that registration is approved.
- The current pilot price is $199 per month. Billing starts only after you review and accept terms.
