Pricing questions
Is OwnerSwitch just an answering machine?
No. For activated channels, OwnerSwitch collects the customer conversation and may prepare a suggested reply for you to review. It does not quote, invoice, or send a business reply on its own in Release 1.
Do I keep my current phone number?
The pilot starts with an OwnerSwitch-managed number after carrier activation. Number porting is not promised for Release 1; keep your existing phone and email fallback available during setup.
How do payments work?
Payments are not included in the Release 1 pilot. Stripe account readiness may be verified separately, but invoicing, payment links, and payment reminders stay disabled.
Does OwnerSwitch ever send anything on its own?
OwnerSwitch-initiated business messages require an authorized person's approval. Narrow fixed carrier-required consent or opt-out confirmations may be automatic and are recorded.
