STEP 1
They reach out first
A customer contacts the business or completes an approved consent path. OwnerSwitch records the source without treating every inbound event as blanket consent.
STEP 2
OwnerSwitch identifies itself
When required, the approved message copy identifies the business and OwnerSwitch's AI assistance. A person still reviews business-initiated replies.
STEP 3
They can stop anytime
Recipients can reply STOP or use another approved revocation path. The pilot must suppress future messages, record the request, and keep HELP routed to a monitored human channel.
