OwnerSwitch is a private pilot for owner-operated residential electrical shops. It prepares the invoice and the first reply; you approve every customer send. It does not run the whole business, dispatch crews, or replace your existing fallback channels.
Same-day owner-approved invoice
When you mark a job invoice-ready, you review the final invoice - customer, descriptions, quantities, discounts, taxes, fees, due date, and total. After you approve it, the customer gets the hosted pay link the same day. OwnerSwitch does not set prices or tax.
First reply from the phone
When a customer texts or calls the business number, you review a suggested first reply and send it from your phone. Channel availability depends on carrier and provider activation.
Drafts you can correct
AI may prepare a reply or invoice from approved business facts. Drafts can be wrong, so you review names, dates, scope, totals, and other consequential facts before anything goes to the customer.
One job, one conversation
Keep the customer, property, active work, and approved conversation together so the invoice and the first reply have reviewable context. This is not a dispatch board or a hiring tool.
One panel-upgrade packet
For a residential panel or main-service upgrade, collect photos and documents, spot missing items, and review the packet before assisted human submission. Paperwork is a supporting case, not the lead promise.
Safety comes straight to you
Burning smell, sparks, or a shock? OwnerSwitch can flag the thread for urgent human review. It does not diagnose electrical hazards or autonomously send safety advice.

Every OwnerSwitch-initiated customer send requires an authorized person's review and approval. Narrow carrier-required confirmations may be automatic and are recorded.
