Our story

We built OwnerSwitch for the person on the ladder.

OwnerSwitch started with a 1-5 truck residential shop in a Long Beach garage: finished work sitting uninvoiced after the driveway, and a business number that still needs a first reply from the phone.

So we made a focused pilot: mark a job invoice-ready and review the final invoice the same day; when a customer texts or calls the business number, review and send the first reply from the phone. Then we drew a hard line: every OwnerSwitch-initiated customer send needs an authorized person's approval.

That line is the whole point. Drafts can be wrong. OwnerSwitch prepares the invoice and the reply; you stay the business. It is not for commercial dispatch shops, other trades, or hiring.
